Airmatic Lubricators are useful when air operated equipments are to be lubricated for trouble free operation. This is achieved by injecting oil in atomized form in compressed air stream, which in turn spreads a lubricating film over all exposed parts inside equipment. Airmatic micro-oilfog lubricators work on venturi principle to allow fine atomized oil mist to mix with air stream. Under high flow conditions, excess air opens a patented, spring loaded by-pass valve, allowing it to flow around restricted venture section and blends with venture produced oil-laden air. This facilitates lowest pressure drop over widest operating conditions.
